No one takes into account female’s choice, strength, freedom and medium for them to excel. It creates a challenge and need for them to wear many hats.
A female undergoes physical, social, mental sea change with motherhood. But very little respect, attention, acknowledgment and attention she gets in return, to play her new multiple roles. She anyways works, difference is that she does not get paid. And biggest irony is, when she brings a pay packet, then only she is considered as a ‘Working Mother’.
How many of you face the problem of procrastination, which is thinking of doing something close to our heart or we intend to do or we talk about it a lot. But we do not end up starting it or completing it at all?
By the way, let me tell you , I suffer from this disease quite often. I had acknowledged and accepted my problem. Therefore, I sought help.
